Professional Profile

Attorney specializing in bankruptcy and restructuring law, contract law and
commercial law. From 2010 to 2017 Vice President of the Board of the Allerhand Institute, Secretary of Insolvency Law Section. Academic lecturer and expert with extensive experience in trainings carried out for professional groups in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring law (judges, prosecutors, public agencies, banks, financial sector entities, restructuring consultants, attorneys, legal advisors). Since 2016, delegate of Poland’s expert group to the sessions of UNCITRAL Working Group V at the UN. Member of several major international organizations focusing their work on insolvency issues. Author and co-author of numerous publications, including expert opinions on bankruptcy and restructuring law, significant for the Polish legal system (e.g., expert opinions for PARP, Ministry of Economy, opinions to legislative drafts) and commentaries to
regulations on bankruptcy and restructuring law. He primarily provides ongoing or transactional legal services to business entities and advises on restructuring companies as well as bankruptcy. Since 2020, a member of the Team for the preparation of draft regulations on the development, optimization and reform of hospital entities, operating at the Ministry of Health. He represents Clients at all stages of pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, including, at the stage of arranging strategies, in negotiation processes, in court disputes, as well as during
restructuring or bankruptcy proceedings or at the stage of executing an arrangement.
