Professor of Law, a researcher at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and the Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law at the Faculty of Law and Economics of the Jan D\u0142ugosz University of Humanities and Sciences in Cz\u0119stochowa. Tutor and supervisor of 21 successfully defended doctoral dissertations. Expert in widely understood financial law, tax advisor since 2011. In 2016, she was appointed by the Minister of Finance to an independent body, the Council for the Prevention of Tax Avoidance, representing a group of university employees (her election was repeated for a second term of 2020-2024). As of 2018, she is the Chair of the State Board of Examiners for Tax Counselling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Author of over 200 publications on tax law, public finance and finance of local government units. Scientific editor of 13 monographs published in cooperation with the Silesian Department of National Chamber of Tax Advisors (Krajowa Izba Doradc\u00f3w Podatkowych (KIDP)) under the common title “Tax Advisor as a Defender of Taxpayer’s Rights”. Since 2006, Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice. From 1993 to 1995, a member of the Board of the Regional Chamber of Accounts in Katowice, and then (until 2010) a member of the Self-Government Appeal Board in Katowice. Member of the State Examination Commission for notarial training (2006-2008 Katowice term), and since 2008 a member of the State Examination Commission for the attorney’s training (ORA – Okr\u0119gowa Rada Adwokacka (Regional Council of the Bar) in Bielsko-Bia\u0142a). Expert of the Union of Polish Metropolises. Member of the Programme Board of the International Association under the name “Center for Information and Research Organization in Public Finance and Tax Law of Central and Eastern European Countries”. Member of the Programme Board of the Centre for Local Government Law and Local Finance Law at the University of Gda\u0144sk; Member of the Programme Board of the monthly titles “Przegl\u0105d Podatk\u00f3w Lokalnych i Finans\u00f3w Samorz\u0105dowych (Review of Local Taxes and Local Government Finance)” and “Przegl\u0105d Podatkowy (Tax Law Review)”. Chair of the National Council of Tax Advisors during the 2014-2018 term. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
