Early detection of a threat of a criminal act may allow to prevent it. This issue is closely related to the subject of compliance, which also remains in the sphere of BTLA practice. It is particularly important in connection with the planned amendments to the Act on Liability of Collective Entities for Criminal Offences. The planned changes are revolutionary in nature, consisting, among other things, in increasing the scope of liability of collective entities and criminal sanctions connected with such liability.<\/span><\/p>\n
