Aleksandra Jiménez

Aleksandra Jiménez – legal counsel, tax advisor, certified internal auditor of information security management system according to ISO 27001:2013 standard, lecturer at the School of Business – National Louis University.

She graduated from two fields of study at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, obtaining a master’s degree in law and a master’s degree in administration. She completed legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow, and then passed the professional exam, obtaining the title of legal advisor. In 2020, after passing the state exam, she was also entered on the list of tax advisors.

In her professional practice, he specializes in economic and tax law as well as in personal data protection law.

She gained her professional experience at prestigious law firms both in Poland and abroad, and by working with an Investment Fund Company. Author of numerous conference presentations on legal and tax issues.

It has carried out many transactions involving the sale of stakes and shares, mergers, demergers and transformations of commercial companies, as well as the sale of enterprises or parts thereof. It participated in transactions related to the issuance of securities and their listing on the regulated market. It carried out issues of investment certificates in closed-end investment funds.

Her specialized experience combining administrative and business expertise allows her to perform data protection (RODO) audits and implementations. In this area, Counselor Jiménez expanded her knowledge at a postgraduate course conducted by the Jagiellonian University, “Information Security and Personal Data in Business Administration,” as well as a postgraduate course conducted by the School of Banking, “Data Protection Inspector – Legal, Psychological and Technical Aspects of Data Management in an Organization.” In 2022. Passed the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) exam. In addition, he teaches data protection principles at the School of Business – National Louis University in both Polish and English.
She also serves as Data Protection Officer.
